After days of wait, the Philippines finally barged in gold medal tally in the 2010 Asian Games. The gold is courtesy of bowler Engelberto “Biboy” Rivera in bowling‘s men’s singles event. He had a total of 1414 pinfalls which was good enough to defeat Kuwaiti Mohammed Algreebah (1404) and the rest of the field of 104 bowlers. Team Philippines also bagged the bronze of the event courtesy of Frederick Ong. The 12 man PH bowling delegation expects more medals in the next few days.
