Peter Sagan once again proved his sprinting capabilities by winning stage 3.  It was his second win after winning Stage 1.  Fabian Cancellara kept his yellow jersey for the 3rd straight day by finishing 4th.  The next stage is a 214.5 km journey from Abbeville and Rouen.
