The 2011 Pan American Games boxing tilt is in its late stages and Cuba once again asserted its domination in the ring. The mighty Cubans grabbed 9 medal, 8 golds and 1 silver. The boxer’s superiority helped Cuba leapfrog over Brazil in the overall medal standings. Cuba had an easier as the United States did not send a boxing contingent.
