Manny Pacquiao applying for the 2014 PBA Draft

To make his dream of playing in the PBA a reality, KIA Head Coach Emmanuel Pacquiao is applying for the 2014 PBA Draft.  The Philippine Basketball Association does not allow anyone to play unless he has applied for the draft. Coach Manny Pacquiao has no choice but become a draft hopeful in the PBA.  To be able to play he needs to be drafted or signed as an undrafted free agent by KIA.
